I want to hear your story. Each new client that comes to my office is granted ample time to discuss their dynamic state and treatment goals so that I can best meet them where they are and support them on their healing journey. Your first appointment with me will include a 20 minute intake followed by 60 or 90 minutes of hands on treatment time.

This package is for anyone wanting to test the waters of craniosacral therapy or dive deep toward their treatment goals. It includes an extensive assessment and 60 minute introductory session, followed by two more 60 minute sessions. The three appointments are to be completed in one months time and paid in full at the first appointment.
60 minute CST follow-up session $100
Core
A lot can be accomplished in one hour, and often, this is all the change a body can actually receive and digest. In my experience, this is the best option for teens and the elderly.
90 minute CST follow-up session $135
Complete
90 minute sessions are the best option for people who know they need extra time for their bodies and minds to find their way to stillness.
90 min therapeutic massage + CST $135
Combine
There are many reasons people may want to pair the benefits of therapeutic massage with deep craniosacral listening and support. In this 90 minute session there is time for both modalities. This treatment is an excellent way to familiarize yourself with the slower pace of craniosacral therapy.
30-60 minute infant/child CST $50-$80

Our first visit will be a full hour to hear your child's story, spend time building a trusting relationship, and engage in gentle, supportive bodywork. Subsequent visits should be approximately 30-45 minutes which tends to be ample time to make changes in a child's system. I currently offer a sliding scale based on income as I feel all children should have access to the foundational support CST can provide.
Free Infant Craniosacral Days

In an effort to reach as many families as I can, I am now offering a monthly, no cost, opportunity for families in my community to have access to craniosacral treatment for their infants. Treatments will be offered the first Monday of every month and last 45-60minutes.
